If you make content for home inspectors, real estate pros or small-business owners, Nexus OS pays you for every inspector who signs up through your link. Free to join. Paid through Stripe. Your promo kit and an AI Promo Studio are ready the minute you sign up.
Sign up in under a minute and pick your link name. Your tracked link, banners, a button, an embeddable card and image and video assets are ready at once.
Post it, put it in your bio, your newsletter or your site. The AI Promo Studio writes captions and scripts in your voice, with the required disclosure built in.
Connect your payout account once (Stripe handles the identity, bank and tax details). When an inspector you referred makes their first payment, you earn 25% of it.
Inspectors start with a free trial (up to 90 days for the first 100, who start with 60 and earn 30 more by finishing the Academy; 14 days after that), so the first payment, and your commission, arrives after the trial. Commissions become payable 14 days after that payment clears, which covers the refund window. One commission per referred inspector. Accounts that never pay, such as beta testers, don't earn one. No earnings are guaranteed.
US creators for now. You'll connect your payout account on your dashboard after this step.
Anyone with an audience of home inspectors, would-be inspectors, real estate professionals or small-business owners: video creators, bloggers, newsletter writers, podcasters, trainers and forum moderators.
When an inspector you referred makes their first payment after their free trial, the commission is recorded. It becomes payable 14 days later. We send it to your connected Stripe account, and Stripe pays it to your bank on its normal schedule. You must finish payout setup first. Until you do, your commissions are held, not lost.
If the first payment is fully refunded or disputed, that commission is cancelled. If it was already paid out, we may reverse it.
Your link sets a cookie that lasts 30 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up within 30 days on the same browser, they're credited to you. If they click another creator's link later, the most recent click wins.
No. Self-referrals, fake accounts and anything that games the program are not paid and can close your account.
Always disclose that you earn a commission. Never promise income or results, never invent testimonials, and don't spam. The AI Promo Studio follows these rules for you. See the Creator Terms for the full list.
Commissions are income to you. Stripe collects the details it needs to report US payouts, and you're responsible for your own taxes. Ask a tax professional if you're unsure.
